Please read these terms carefully before using our website and services.

These Terms of Service govern use of jnimmigration.com and its public website features, operated by The Nemecek Firm, Ltd. (the Firm, we, us, or our). Legal representation, fees, and payment obligations are governed by the applicable engagement and payment agreements, rather than these website terms. Please review these terms before using the website. The Firm operates jnimmigration.com, nemecekfirm.com, and thenemecekfirm.com. The latter two domains redirect to our primary website, jnimmigration.com. References to our website include all three domains.
Website content provides general information about the Firm and immigration law. It is not legal advice for your circumstances. Laws, agency practices, and court decisions change, and website materials may not reflect every recent development. Contact an attorney about your specific situation and applicable deadlines.
Visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an appointment, or sending a message does not by itself create an attorney client relationship. Representation begins only when the Firm agrees to represent you and the applicable engagement requirements are completed. Existing clients should follow the communication instructions provided by their legal team.
Provide accurate contact information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Before we agree to representation, please provide only the information requested to evaluate your inquiry. Do not send detailed confidential information or sensitive documents through a general website form unless we direct you to do so. The Firm will handle prospective client information as required by applicable professional obligations.
Submitting a form or message does not mean that the Firm has accepted a matter, agreed to meet a deadline, or completed a filing. Do not rely on a website submission for urgent assistance or an approaching deadline. Call 614-459-2180 to discuss your needs.
Descriptions of past matters, client reviews, and testimonials do not guarantee a similar outcome. Each matter depends on its facts, applicable law, and decisions by courts or government agencies.
You may use this website for lawful personal or business informational purposes. Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, submit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or collect personal information from the website for unlawful purposes.
Website text, designs, logos, and other materials belong to the Firm or their respective owners. You may view and print materials for personal informational use. Other reproduction or distribution requires permission unless permitted by law. Links to payment processors, scheduling tools, forms, review platforms, and other outside websites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Our SMS Text Messaging Terms explain service messages, billing and collection communications concerning our own fees, consent, and withdrawal. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of legal services. Website use and acceptance of these terms do not, by themselves, constitute SMS consent. Read our Privacy Policy and SMS Text Messaging Terms.
We seek to maintain useful and accurate website information, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free operation, or that every page will always be complete and current. To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available without warranties regarding its availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits professional duties, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or rights arising from legal representation.
Ohio law governs these website terms, subject to applicable law that cannot be waived. These website terms do not change any dispute resolution provision in a signed engagement agreement. If these terms conflict with an engagement agreement about legal representation, the engagement agreement controls, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.
We may revise these terms and update the date shown on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not expand an existing text messaging consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be directed to The Nemecek Firm, Ltd., 471 East Broad Street, Suite 1200, Columbus, OH 43215; 614-459-2180; frontdesk@jnimmigration.com.

The Nemecek Firm, Ltd. respects the privacy of website visitors, prospective clients, clients, and others who communicate with us. This policy explains our handling of personal information through jnimmigration.com, intake and client communications, billing, and text messaging. Client information also remains subject to applicable confidentiality duties and engagement agreements. The Firm operates jnimmigration.com, nemecekfirm.com, and thenemecekfirm.com. The latter two domains redirect to our primary website, jnimmigration.com. References to our website include all three domains.
Depending on your interactions with us, we may receive your name, contact details, appointment requests, information about your legal needs, documents you provide, billing and transaction information, unpaid balances, payment plan information, and communications with the Firm. Information provided for an immigration matter may include sensitive personal or family information. We also maintain communication preferences and records of text messaging consent and withdrawal.
Our website and its service providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, pages requested, and access times. We use cookies and similar technologies to support website functions, remember preferences, and analyze website usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Outside forms, payment services, and other linked or embedded tools may also collect information according to their own privacy policies.
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess potential representation and conflicts, schedule appointments, provide legal services, request documents, administer accounts, process payments, maintain records, protect systems, and satisfy legal and professional responsibilities. We also use information to follow up on failed payments, collect fees owed directly to the Firm, resolve billing questions, and maintain consent and communication preferences. We send service texts with your permission and marketing texts only with separate appropriate consent. We use website information to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
We may disclose information to providers that support hosting, forms, client records, communications, payments, and other Firm operations, as necessary for their services and subject to applicable confidentiality and security requirements. In representing a client, we may also disclose information as authorized or otherwise permitted or required by law and professional rules, including to courts, agencies, interpreters, experts, or other persons involved in the matter.
We may disclose information when required by law or lawful process, or when otherwise permitted by professional rules to protect rights or address fraud or security incidents. Any transfer of client records in connection with a change in the Firm’s organization remains subject to applicable confidentiality and professional obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent and opt in records are not sold, rented, or shared for another party’s marketing. Message delivery and support providers, including ClickSend, may process mobile numbers, message content, delivery records, and consent information as needed to provide their services to us, subject to applicable obligations. All other information sharing categories exclude text messaging opt in data and consent; these records are not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. Disclosures required by law remain subject to applicable confidentiality protections.
Reply STOP to stop all Firm text messages. Reply HELP for assistance or call 614-459-2180. You may ask us to stop promotional emails through an available unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies, although some features may not work as intended. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may verify your identity. Legal, professional, record retention, or other lawful requirements may limit what we can delete or disclose. Additional privacy rights may apply based on your location and the law’s coverage. See our SMS Text Messaging Terms.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, communication channel, or storage system is completely secure. Please use the secure submission method requested by your legal team for sensitive information. We retain information according to its purpose and applicable legal, professional, accounting, and record retention requirements. Consent and suppression records may be retained to document preferences and honor requests not to receive messages.
The public website is intended for adults seeking information about legal services, rather than for children to submit information independently. The Firm may receive information about children when evaluating or handling legal matters involving them. Parents, guardians, or other authorized persons should contact us about submitting that information or addressing a privacy concern.
Outside websites and platforms, including linked payment, intake, and review services, have their own privacy practices. Please review their policies. The Firm operates in the United States, and information submitted to us may be processed in the United States and, depending on the services used, in other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable legal and confidentiality requirements.
We may update this policy and revise the date shown above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required; posting a revised policy does not by itself create consent for a new use that requires permission. Privacy questions and requests may be directed to The Nemecek Firm, Ltd., 471 East Broad Street, Suite 1200, Columbus, OH 43215; 614-459-2180; frontdesk@jnimmigration.com.

The Nemecek Firm, Ltd. offers text messaging for clients and prospective clients who consent to receive it. These terms describe the program, including billing and efforts to collect the Firm’s own unpaid fees. Participation is voluntary. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle associated information. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The Firm operates jnimmigration.com, nemecekfirm.com, and thenemecekfirm.com. The latter two domains redirect to our primary website, jnimmigration.com. References to our website include all three domains.
With your permission, we may send case updates, document requests, consultation follow up, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, account statements, payment receipts, failed payment notices, past due balance reminders, payment arrangement communications, and office notices. Messages may be sent by personnel or through an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Billing texts may request payment or ask you to contact us about missed payments or amounts owed directly to the Firm for its own legal services and related charges. These are communications from the Firm about its own accounts, rather than collection services for another creditor. SMS consent does not authorize a charge, acknowledge that an amount is correct, or waive a billing dispute or other legal right. Call 614-459-2180 with billing questions.
You may enroll through an optional, affirmative written or electronic SMS consent, including a clearly identified consent section in an engagement agreement. The consent identifies the message types and mobile number and explains frequency, rates, HELP, and STOP. Consent is not required to hire the Firm or receive services. Signing an engagement agreement without affirmatively choosing SMS, or simply providing a number, does not enroll you. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number.
Message frequency varies according to your case, account activity, appointments, and Firm outreach. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider about charges. Delivery and availability may vary by carrier, device, and service conditions.
Reply STOP to any Firm text message to stop all Firm texts, including service and marketing messages. You may also request removal by calling 614-459-2180 or emailing frontdesk@jnimmigration.com. We honor clear requests to stop messages. You may receive one final nonpromotional message confirming your request. We maintain your preference so that routine outreach does not restart messages without renewed consent.
If you separately consent to marketing texts, we may send requests for Google reviews or feedback, firm news, event invitations, and information promoting our services. Marketing consent is collected separately from service messaging consent and is voluntary. Service messaging consent alone does not authorize marketing. Neither these terms nor a later update expands the permission you actually provided.
Opting out does not cancel appointments, change case or court deadlines, modify payment obligations, or end an attorney client relationship. We will use other appropriate communication methods; please contact us to confirm your current contact information. If you later want to receive texts again, contact our office to complete a new consent. A new inquiry or appointment does not automatically renew consent.
Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact The Nemecek Firm, Ltd., at 614-459-2180 or frontdesk@jnimmigration.com. Our mailing address is 471 East Broad Street, Suite 1200, Columbus, OH 43215.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help deliver or administer messages may receive limited information necessary to perform those services, subject to applicable obligations. Disclosures required by law remain subject to applicable confidentiality protections. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Texts may be visible on a lock screen or to people who have access to your device or wireless account. Please notify us promptly if your number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer safe for communication. Do not send passwords, full financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or sensitive documents by text. Ask your legal team for a secure submission method. Consent to text messaging does not authorize public disclosure of confidential case information or use of your identity in Firm marketing.
Messages can be delayed, blocked, or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Firm cannot guarantee delivery or continuous monitoring of incoming texts. Do not rely on texting for urgent legal questions, deadline sensitive instructions, or confirmation that a filing or other action has occurred. Call our office directly.
Enrolling in the program or exchanging texts does not by itself create an attorney client relationship. Any representation is governed by the applicable engagement agreement and professional obligations. These terms do not limit duties owed to existing or prospective clients.
We may update these terms and revise the date shown above. A revision does not expand your existing consent or re enroll you after you opt out. We will obtain additional consent where required before materially expanding the messages covered by your permission.
