Monica is a compassionate and dedicated immigration attorney with a strong passion

While attending law school at Charleston School of Law, she was an active member of
the Latino/a Law Students Association and served as the Entertainment Chair for the
Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society. These experiences fostered a deep
commitment to advocacy, diversity, and client-centered service.
Before earning her J.D., Monica completed an undergraduate degree in Music Business
with an emphasis in Legal Studies at Belmont University. This combination of legal
knowledge and creative background uniquely positions her to approach immigration law
with both practicality and a human touch.
Through an externship with an immigration law firm, Monica gained hands-on
experience working with naturalization and asylum cases, solidifying her passion for
helping individuals seeking refuge and a better life in the U.S.
